I really love my new sewing space in the basement! I'll also get to spend more time with Justin since our office is in the same room. I'm sure he'll get used to the hum of my sewing machine.
Fabric is still upstairs but will be moved to these shelves in the corner soon... making room for baby!

I would dearly love my own sewing space. As it is, I have sewing machines in the hall and entry way and occasionally on the dining room table!
Love your "window!" I bought some of those vinyl decals for Jaxon's room -- so easy!
This new space is devine. What fun you are going to have down here. Love the "thing" on the wall with all your thread. Is that a special treasure or did you just find that online. Would be loven't something fun like that to organize my threads in.
Now let's talk about the window with the birds. Is that too cute also. What a fun way to bring the outdoors into a basement.

Ooh I love your space! The decal is gorgeous btw :) My studio used to be upstairs till I moved it to the first floor. My husband says he kind of misses the sound of my sewing machine now hehe
Ooh, I love the window....
It is such a luxury to have a working space... Although you CAN sew anywhere, like at the dinig table but it causes problems to those who want to eat :)
Having a new sewing space is such a blessing! I love the birds & window too!!! That is a great idea for a basement wall.
